What is a Life Consultant?
Our goal is to help you break free from simply surviving and start thriving. By seeking God for His divine direction in a supportive and safe environment, we work to uncover the root cause of your challenges, empowering you to understand behaviours and create new, healthier patterns.
You’ll overcome limiting beliefs, embrace unconditional love, and heal destructive mindsets like fear, shame, and self-judgement. Compassion becomes your tool for liberation, allowing reconciliation and deeper connection towards yourself and in your relationships.
Ultimately, we challenge you to take ownership of your life, discover your authentic voice, and step into your full potential. To embrace The Whole of You.
3 Pillars of Healing
Compassion
Our brains get stuck in pain without a felt sense of attunement – feeling seen, heard, understood.
By bringing compassion and understanding to your story, we guide you in healing and developing a relationship with yourself that aligns with who God says you are.
Regulation
Our bodies hold memories – a racing heart when anxious, shoulders slumped when disheartened, heat in your face when ashamed.
By working to understand what your body is telling you and learning to regulate your nervous system we guide it back to safety and stability, allowing healing, and release of stored experiences.
Ownership (Empowerment)
Painful and traumatic experiences always contain a sense of powerlessness. A vital part of healing is the safety that comes from finding our power again.
As we establish our power we can begin to find nuance in situations to better understand our own impact and choices.
Hi, I’m Kelsey,
My journey to wholeness has been long and winding with some epic ups and downs. After working as an emergency nurse for years it became apparent that many of the health complaints I was seeing were not just physical. We are body, mind, and spirit and every part affects the others. This, along with my own mental health struggles, led me on a journey to find more than just temporary healing; a journey towards wholeness.
Through walking out my own healing alongside others, while completing a two-year life consultancy program and further studies, I’ve seen that it is possible to have the authentic, joy-filled life you want—no matter what you’ve been through. But it requires courage, a conscious decision to choose in, and the right support—because we were never meant to walk this journey alone.
I believe in a collaborative, empathetic, and holistic approach to personal transformation. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can hear what God is doing in your life and seek his direction. For you to feel truely understood and empowered on your healing journey.
Whether you’re facing emotional challenges, navigating transitions, or simply seeking more clarity in your life, I’m here to guide and support you.

FAQ
Are you a counsellor or therapist?
No, I am not a licensed therapist. I have a Bachelor of Nursing and have completed two years of training under Justin and Abi Stumvoll in their Life Consulting Master Class in the United States. Along my journey I’ve completed multiple other emotional and spiritual health training programs and worked alongside various other modalities.
The type of consulting I offer does not fit under one singular modality. My sessions are trauma-informed and implement emotional regulation exercises, breath work, and visualisation exercises that combine polyvagal theory and somatic practices.
Do I have to believe in God or be a Christian?
No. While I personally believe that God is the ultimate source of unconditional love and has been instrumental in my own healing journey, I understand that not everyone shares this perspective. For some, faith has been a source of strength, while for others, it may be an area of deep pain, anger, or uncertainty. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, creating a safe and supportive space for your personal growth—no matter your beliefs or background.
Do you meet with children/teens?
No, currently I only meet with clients 18 years and older.
How often should we meet?
Consistency builds safety and momentum. It’s up to you how often you would like to meet, however, clients who tend to have the most momentum, transformation, and breakthroughs are those who are consistent and meet regularly. I strongly suggest clients meet weekly or bi-weekly.
Do you meet in person or online?
Sessions are conducted via Zoom.
